We picked up our NV200 camper in July 2022 and have been more than happy with it.
The whole experience was stress free from our first meeting with Costa to picking up the van exactly 12 weeks after the order. There was no hard sell with Costa taking time to explain things after which we took his advice and had the swivel chair and solar panel fitted. The solar panel is brilliant as we have constant electricity in the van with no need pay for expensive plug ins and a constant running fridge. The inside is finished to a high standard and the outside /underneath is like new. Petrol consumption for the 1600cc auto is as described at around 36 to the gallon.
We have already taken the van to the New forest, Towersey festival and Goodwood Revival.
Thanks Hertford campers for introducing us to this new chapter in our life.

What a great place to buy a campervan from, Costa the owner makes it simply and straight forward for the purchase process.
My Nissan Serena pulls like a train plenty of go in it, the cabinets and bed are well made and fitted to perfection. I have had mine on the lift and underneath is excellent condition, infact I have seen vehicles underneath at 5 years old and not as good as this Serena.
I had an issue after Halfords did a radio assessment and I drove away in limp mode.
I spoke with Costa who send me a part within 24hrs fitted it didn't cure the problem , spoke again with Costa and with his guidance to save my driving 2 hours to Hertfordshire I located the 3rd fuse box replace the blown fuse and problem resolved. More pictures to follow and What a Fantastic After Sales Service. Don't go anywhere else if you want a quality camper and quality service.

I brought my NV200 last month and this is a life changer for me. I was excited when I put my order in for this vehicle and Costa was very easy to talk to with no tricky salesman tactics. Just friendly and very helpful advice. the experience was very good and I cannot fault this service. My vehicle is made with good workmanship and I am so pleased I chose to purchase this vehicle and for me I have made the right choice.

We bought a 4 berth Toyota Alphard from Hertford Campers last week - the whole family loves it. Costa was great to deal with, he demonstrated all the features and configurations of the vehicle and was happy to let us look around it at leisure. No hard sell - the product speaks for itself. Will be taking the van to Hertford Campers for servicing, MOT, advice, etc. Would highly recommend if you're looking for a fun, fully-loaded campervan at a fair price.
